Dave at the lyceum Theatre Sheffield at the Musical Buddy.

In the Picture Andrew Morely ( Buddy Holly ) and Chris Firminger sometime member of The Cruisers and son of drummer John.
Chris played the part of Crickets guitarist Tommy Alsop.

DAVE LEGENDARY SONGWRITER BARRY MASON WHO ALONG WITH LES REED WROTE SOME OF THE CLASSIC SONGS IN THE 60s DELILAH THE LAST WALTZ AND LOVE GROWS TO NAME A FEW, ALSO A COUPLE FOR DAVE. THE PARTY WAS A THANKS TO THE BRITISH ARTISTS
WHO ARE PART OF THE BR MUSIC STABLE IN HOLLAND.

Here is another version of The Cruisers taken recently at a Music Festival
in Skegness Lincolnshire in the Uk.
Dave calls them his Modern Jazz Quartet.
Jason and Brian Wood long serving members of the Band were on
Holiday so on stage with Dave that night were Chris Firminger on Bass and
John Blacklock on Keyboards both have played in the Band over the last few
years. Dave was joined on stage in the afternoon by Brian Poole and Ray
Ennis for an informal chat with the audience.
