THESE BOOTS WERE MADE FOR WALKING

THESE BOOTS WERE MADE FOR WALKING
Dave Berry once again donned his walking boots to walk the 42 mile Limey Way in the Peak District to help raise money for the Chesterfield Branch of The Multiple Sclerosis Society

Dave was joined by two old friends, Chris Hermon and Jeff Troops and they set off from Castleton in Derbyshire on the 16th September. The trio, staying overnight en route, covered the trek (somewhat hazardous in places!) in three days. The conversation during the varied walk was very much “Do you remember..?” – Chris and Jeff being guitarists with groups during the 1960s.

The trio raised over £1,500 for the charity and will be planning more walks together in the future.

Anyone wishing to donate can post a cheque to:
Chesterfield & District Branch, Multiple Sclerosis Society, 19 Brookside Bar, Chesterfield S40 3PL
or email them at info@chesterfield-and-district.net
